The first thing is to make sure you’re breathing right.

When we breathe deeply, our body releases natural endorphins and other chemicals that make us feel good. These help us to stay motivated and focused when we’re working toward our goals.

But even more than that, deep breathing helps us to stay awake and alert while practising yoga. This is important because when we’re tired or bored, our bodies tend to go into a kind of sleep mode where we don’t feel as much sensation or pleasure from what we’re doing. By taking deep breaths when practising yoga, we can keep ourselves awake and alert so that we can experience work-life fully!
