Winter is a time of deep introspection, and the depth of your soul can be experienced through the chanting of mantras. Mantras are a tool for achieving spiritual transcendence. The words have a meaning that helps one focus on the essence of their being and gives them a sense of peace.
The beginning of December is the perfect time to sort out your mantra playlist, put it on repeat mode and feel the mantra’s vibrations. I have always been a fan of mantras and every December I start winter with an album of my top favourite mantras.
You have to make sure that the mantras are authentic Tibetan and Indian Buddhist mantras, so you have to sort out the different albums available and pick the most healing mantras available out there.
Here it goes a list of some of my favourite mantras:
- Om Mani Padme Hum
- Tayatha Om Bekanze Bekanze Maha Bekanze Radza Samudgate Soha
Chanting Mantras is a great way to connect with your inner self and let go of unwanted emotions of anger, anxiety and tension. It has been said that Tibetan Buddhist monks are particularly talented in dealing with negative emotions, and this is done by chanting mantras.
